Laurence
A CPA with 15 years of diverse experience, starting in external audit and growing through corporate accounting to Controller. Whether it's a small startup or international organization, he can turn complex activity into clear, decision-ready reports for owners and executive teams. In any role his goal has remained consistent: deliver good data so leadership can make good decisions.
External audit taught him to test controls and financial statements, so he knows what auditors look for. If you are looking to secure a business loan or want the peace of mind of knowing your books are correct, he can shorten the time and cost of any audit.
His roles in corporate accounting gave him the knowledge and leadership experience to standardize reconciliations, and manage AP/AR processes. He can give GAAP-grounded guidance on revenue and cost recognition, fixed assets, and multi-entity cash.

As a Fractional Controller & Advisor he hopes to serve small and growing businesses tighten processes and establish budgets and forecasts. He's well-versed on how to give business owners clear straight-forward explanations.
Sarah
Every family business needs a center of gravity. For us, it’s Sarah. Her career in HR, and life-long experience supporting those around her set the tone: reliable, welcoming, and always buttoned-up behind the scenes. Her mix of discipline and warmth is why working with us feels personal and runs on time. When the day gets busy, she brings calm and clarity, turning moving parts into a smooth flow.
Harper (9) and Avery (7)
Our “Chief Fun Officers.” They remind us why we do this: family, community, and work we’re proud of. They’re the best test of our “plain-English” promise: if they get it, it’s clear. Around the office they help with after-school hugs, overpriced office tidying, and the occasional sticker campaign.
We’re evaluating the addition of a family dog to serve as our unofficial Chief Barketing Officer. The motion is currently in board review, but early findings point to higher morale and warmer greetings
